2028 IOM World Championship – Extension of Bidding Period
IOMICA has extended the period for Member National Class Associations (NCAs) to submit proposals to host the 2028 IOM World Championship. Our priority is to ensure that the 2028 World Championship is an exceptional event, delivering a high standard of racing and a memorable experience for competitors from around the world. The extension provides additional time for interested NCAs to consider the requirements of hosting the championship and to develop a strong and comprehensive proposal. The revised closing date for submissions is 18 October 2026. NCAs considering a proposal, or wishing to discuss the hosting requirements and bidding process, are encouraged to contact the IOMICA Events Committee.
