ON THE VALIDITY OF DOCUMENTS SENT BY PEOPLE KNOWN IN .PDF

Is there any reason why a NCA not support a measurement form properly completed and signed by a recognized measurer, scanned in a .pdf format and also recognized as being valid?

Hi Antonio

How the process is followed is up to the class registrar for the NCA. I can’t see a problem with a scanned measurement form. However, if he/she doesn’t have facilities for dealing with electronic documentation then fair enough.

In the end the registrar is in control of how they deal with the paperwork.

Andy : in Spain, we are all prepared for electronic documents, to the point where they can put on the web for public consultation.

If there is no objection on your part, we will do so.

Salutations.
