is there a rule on draft stripes orientation, i.e. should it be parallel to the panels or to the foot of the sail?

HI ED.
After a quick review of the rules, it appears that only the number and width of draft stripes is regulated. 3 on the main, 2 on the jib, maximum of 30 mm wide. Can't find anything about their orientation.
