Within the Next Formal Meeting area is placed the business and agenda items for the forthcoming, formal, Ordinary, Special, or Annual General Meetings of the World Council. The Next Formal Meeting area comprises topics from the following list which are listed on the IOMICA Web site and which involve Owner ballot:

• Changes to Class Rules
• Changes to IOMICA Regulations, including the Class Championship Regulations
• Election of Executive Committee officers
• Other formal resolutions

This area is visible to both guests and registered IOM Forum Members.
