Widget Receiver

I have a Widget with a RMG winch, i would like to replace the receiver,can anyone tell me if changing the Rx will it affect the settings of the Winch.

Changing the Rx should not have any effect on the RMG and its settings. Changing Transmitter may have an effect, if you have used the Tx programming to set limits (this is not recommended in the manual and so should not be an issue to the RMG) . Also applying servo reverse to the Tx for that channel will affect the RMG, according to its manual.

Many thanks for your reply John.i did not think it would have any effect on the RMG but i just wanted to double check it
