IRSA holds IOM Worlds, approves Championship rules for Euro

I was amazed to read this month's MYA "Acquaint" magazine, where IRSA Publicity Officer Robert Hobbs tells us

"This year we [IRSA] have held an IOM World Championship", and "Addendum Q, HMS 2007 and SYRPH were formally recognised recognised and were updated for use in the Association [IRSA] Championship Rules for the 2010 IOM European Championships".

I had no idea IRSA was now administering the IOM Class...!
