This posting is to serve as formal notice of the announcement of the application from the country of Puerto Rico to form an NCA and join the World Council. The effective date of this announcement is posted on July 16th, 2021. This date will serve as the beginning of the four week review period by the Executive Board to make a determination and ruling of acceptance.
