Radio Sailing and Lightning

The controlling organization for one of our venues wants us to have some direction about how everyone will be instructed to deal with potential lightning strikes. RRS 32 generally covers this but nothing specific.

My guess is that we are not the first to have this requirement so I'm looking for some suggested wording that we might add to the SI to demonstrate we have a plan.
