Just learned about a _stunning_ new application called google earth.
It is very much worth a try, go to earth.google.com and download the 10Mb package and install.
I find Brisbane and Mooloolaba quite easily, Mooloolaba at around
S 26deg 40min
E 153deg 07min
if anyone from australia has the time and energy to do the install and post the exact coordinates of the sailing venue that would be great !
Anders
here is how it looks, combine this with something like mapquest and it would be a real killer app...

Thanks Anders,
That looks great,
Ill get the exact location for you this weekend.
But if you look at the picture
go to the south of the shadow.
see the distinctly blue piece of water that is sort of shaped like an upside down L. We will be sailing of the Norther shore of that area. There will 3 different sailing areas for varying breeze directions with all facilities plum in the Middle

Got It
If you look towards the souhth see a long staright piece with a circle at the north end then move south to where you see an upside down l coming off the straight, thats it.
Conditions here today
comfortable 22c not much breeze we are right in the middle of a high (typical)
