I just found the web site for the 2026 Worlds
https://www.iomworlds2026.com/
The NOR is published - but one strange item - under the RULES Section, there is no mention of the IOM Class Rules.

Re: 2026 IOm World CHampionship UK
The event name is '2026 International One Metre Class World Championship'
NoR 1.1 includes 'The event will be governed by the current Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).'
The RRS Definition of 'rules' includes 'd) the class rules'
As per RRS 4 all competitors and boat owners agree to accept the rules.
As per RRS 5 the organising authority, committees and other race officials are governed by the rules.
Therefore, as per NoR 1.1 the class rules apply, and it would be redundant to repeat this in the NoR, unless there is a change to the class rules.
For information, WS policy is currently to avoid repeating rules in race documents, and repeating rules of the NoR in SIs.
