Class Rule amendment due to RRS 2005-2008

ISAF-RSD has posted the latest class rule amendment:

this change was needed because of the new Racing Rules of Sailing 2005-2008.

Along with the request for this change IOMICA drafted a discussion document with reasons and motivations for the changes:

The ISAF-RSD has made some small modifications to the rule change and the new text is at

effective 16. January 2005.
