US NCA Web Site Is Down

Due to the increase in traffic on the US NCA site, we've overloaded (and crashed) the server once to often.

It looks like the provider has given us the boot.

We are looking at ways of dealing with the higher volume, most of which involve money for more server space.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Hopefully we can resolve this as soon as possible and get back online with a better server.
