Boom weights

Hello fellow Sailors,

I am currently building a slightly modified Triple Crown IOM, and I am in the process of building main and jib boom.

Question: What is a typical weight for a main and jib boom??

Currently my "prototype" mainboom is 56 grams which seems awfully heavy.

after much searching on Google I found a very usefull IOM weight budget at a website I must have visited 10 times already...
The site also contains plans for sails, hull, rig setu-up etc...
