Is there a 2007 certificate with a set of Guidelines??? With the new 2007 class rules and measurement forms it seems logical. I have to measure boats next week and as ESP NCA officer for Rules and Measurements I need a copy of any new certificate or specific instructions stating that the old 2003 certificate is still to be issued.

PLEASE EXEC - URGENT.

Hi Roy,

The new measurement forms are available from the website. The 2007 certificate is just waiting for approval from the Exec before being published; hopefully this will happen in the next day or so.

The new certificate has been sent to World Council representatives this morning.
