At the end of the qualifying round we have three skippers, one from each fleet, with the same score. I apologize for posting this twice. I originally posted in a different thread. The proposed system has some advantages and disadvantages. I think a two year period where it is tested, best practices developed and disadvantages brought out would be appropriate. I don't see HMS as broken, it just has ...

The proposed system has some advantages and disadvantages. I think a two year period where it is tested, best practices developed and disadvantages brought out would be appropriate.
